“Nobody wants a piece, not even a legend, a surefire Hall-of-Famer, not even the great villain, who’s been ignoring me for six months and will not even open his mouth to answer a challenge to me.”
You will notice that this evening I am not dressed to wrestle. If you watch this show every week you’re noticed that these days pretty much you don’t see me at all. D’ya wanna know why that is? Yeah? Because when I walk in this building, the seas part. I’m like Moses, a dog with rabies. Nobody wants to get within ten feet of me. I was told today on the phone, “Sorry, Dean, we can’t find anybody that wants to wrestle you.” Nobody… I’m the king of my own universe! It’s not a bad gig, the checks still cash. With what they’re paying me, they’re gonna have to start hiring migrant workers off the street to come in and wrestle me.
I’m this generation’s Terrible Ted the Wrestling Bear. Nobody wants to sign up to step in the ring with Dean Ambrose. Cause they know they’ll get hurt. They’ll get their fingers broken, and their arms broken, and their legs broken, and their head broken! Nobody wants a piece, not even a legend, a surefire Hall-of-Famer, not even the great villain, who’s been ignoring me for six months and will not even open his mouth to answer a challenge to me…
[Dean Ambrose turns around to look towards William Regal on the commentary table]
… he won’t even look me in the eye. He won’t even acknowledge my existence.
[Dean Ambrose turns back to camera]
It’s like I don’t exist.
[Seth Rollins interrupts Dean Ambrose and tells him to get his eyes back on the price that is his Florida Championship belt]
