The Wrestling Week That Was, no. 6: If Dean Ambrose turns on Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, I’ll be the happiest person alive

I struggled with writing this new article / blog post / part of a series. I really did. During watching the segments I’m interested in, I made notes but later on didn’t have much ambition to write them out properly because the heat outside and me not really ambitious about it. So I somehow finally managed to connect the notes to full sentences and with each other for having just the really important stuff from last week in here. Maybe it’s better to read this way. Not much babbling from me towards the important facts. Just the facts this time. Enjoy.

NXT 15/02/18: William Regal makes sure that everyone notices that he’s The Godfather of NXT

There certainly is a new era in NXT: old faces are gone while new ones just came in. And William Regal made sure that everyone is just as excited as he is. The question is: will there be another champion apart from Kevin Owens in this era?

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. After the most exciting and shocking event in NXT history, at NXT TakeOver: Rival, we crowned a new NXT champion in Kevin Owens. Now, let me make this perfectly clear, here in NXT a championship can change hands by pinfall, submission or ref stoppage due to a knockout. Now Mr. Owens may think that he has the right to do whatever on Earth he wants to do, but the reality is, he doesn't. Mr. Owens claims to be a prizefighter – someone who only fights for money. And I hate to be the one to burst Mr. Owens's bubble, but he doesn't make the rules here. I do. So tonight, Kevin Owens will face Adrian Neville in a non-title match. Now, Adrian Neville hasn't earned the right for a championship rematch, but he has earned the right for a rematch against the man who sent him to hospital several months ago. It's a new era on NXT, and it begins right now." --WILLIAM REGAL.

NXT TakeOver [R]Evolution 14/12/11: After this helluva show William Regal feels like the loneliest person on this planet

A bit of body paint, some great wrestlers, lot of respect for women and a big twist deep down from glorious heights is enough to put the upcoming TLC already on its spot.

"The enjoyment that I get in this opportunity that I've been given to be the General Manager of NXT is beyond compare to anything that I've ever felt in my life. And to see the progression of this young talent and to see how they bloom here and to see the marvels and the miracles that they perform, it really is something special. And tonight you have one of the greatest events of sports' entertainment history and I'm overjoyed. And I felt every little bit of desire and passion and sweat every bead of sweat that Sami Zayn sweat there. Because I know what that feels like. I know what it feels like to chase a dream and to chase a desire. And then to have it just ruined, just taken away, just spit on, basically spit on by Kevin Owens at the end of the night... Kevin Owens was given an opportunity to come to NXT and I gave it to him. Can you imagine how I feel now? Can you imagine how I feel that I've watched Sami Zayn for two years struggle, claw, fight, fight for everything, for every little drop that's left in him and leave it all on that canvas, a true warrior of the canvas wars and have that taken away from him like that?... I feel like the worst father in the world." --WILLIAM REGAL.

And you’ll be facing the team of Sami Zayn and the NXT champion, Adrian Neville. And that will be our main event.” –WILLIAM REGAL
