The Wrestling Week That Was, no. 6: If Dean Ambrose turns on Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, I’ll be the happiest person alive

I struggled with writing this new article / blog post / part of a series. I really did. During watching the segments I’m interested in, I made notes but later on didn’t have much ambition to write them out properly because the heat outside and me not really ambitious about it. So I somehow finally managed to connect the notes to full sentences and with each other for having just the really important stuff from last week in here. Maybe it’s better to read this way. Not much babbling from me towards the important facts. Just the facts this time. Enjoy.

April 2015 – The Dean Ambrose month that was

Maybe there will be a time when Dean Ambrose will be booked to his potential. But April 2015 was his low point so far in his WWE career. That’s exactly why I stopped watching WWE shows. Because they want certain wrestlers to be liked and they try with shoving them down our throats with four+ segments per show. I only started watching Dean Ambrose’s segments from April 2015 today. And this is my summary of it.

Rassling Ragbag 15/03/31: There is only so much you can take

Not a long time ago I’ve said that I would stop writing these WWE reviews. Dean Ambrose’s promos for the Intercontinental Championship made me change my mind. But now I’m ending this for good. It was a slow process of being disappointed and then not caring anymore. So this is my final say on WWE and all around WrestleMania.

RAW 15/03/23: Dean Ambrose brings back the cocky referee -PLUS- Hallelujah! Brock Lesnar re-signed with WWE to (hopefully) spare us Roman Reigns as champion (for now)

On the last RAW before WrestleMania the last statements were set and WWE tried to make sure that predictions are still hard to make. But the best possible hype for the show was certainly created by Brock Lesnar one day after RAW because with that in mind I have to rethink my predictions.

"I need to be the special guest referee in this match tonight; the WWE Universe needs me to be the special guest referee in this match tonight between Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler. Officiating in WWE has been quite poor as of late. Men have been getting disqualified left and right for not following the rules to the T - technicalities are winning matches. It's not the true spirit of competition, is it? The Intercontinental Championship, the men that held the Intercontinental Championship believed in the spirit of competition. Winning that match in between those ropes with your wits and with your fists tonight. If I am voted the special guest referee in this match, I will uphold the spirit of competition." --DEAN AMBROSE.

SmackDown 15/03/19: Dean Ambrose cheats, steals and finally falls because of his left shoulder – again

I’m late again with my SmackDown review. But that gave me time to make my mind up about WrestleMania, so there are already my predictions. And possibilities. Together with some hopes that are far from going to happen. Enjoy reading!

RAW 15/03/16: Dean Ambrose gets the win for his team but still has the best moment of RAW after the show

I’m back again. Dean Ambrose is made strong again. And Wade Barrett is made strong again. But still Daniel Bryan will get the IC title at WrestleMania. And still WWE tries in quite desperate and ridiculous ways to make Roman Reigns popular. All of this you can read in my latest edition of RAW.

"That's two wins, two in a row for the team of Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler and Dean Ambrose. That's 'cause we're winners. So, when the bell rings, we're putting everything aside and doing what needs to be done to get done because we're all winners. That's the attitude we bring to the table. Seven guys in that ladder match with a winner's attitude. Seven guys are gonna be in that ladder match, hungry to become the Intercontinental Champion. Not just take away the title, walk away with the title, have the title... quite frankly, I'm getting a little sick of it! Now it's time for someone to become the Intercontinental Champion. It's funny, 'cause you know, after all this playing patty cake and playing hot potato, now... now everybody really wants to be the guy to make the Intercontinental Championship something... something bigger than it's ever been before. It's funny how that works, right? Seven guys in that ladder match and I've beaten them all at one point or another. But it doesn't mean anything. It's just like some strange, cruel Japanese game show, this ladder match – anything can happen. It's just a race of climbing ladders and stuff. So, you know, we got two weeks to prepare. But there's no preparation! Anything could happen! See, you just gotta be ready. And I can't speak for the other six guys of that in the ring tonight. Look at me right now – do I look ready to you? Yes, I'm ready! I'm ready to become the Intercontinental Champion – once and for all!" --DEAN AMBROSE.

The Wrestling Week That Was, no. 1: Dean Ambrose’s chances to get the IC title at WrestleMania are further shading

I seriously wasn’t really in the mood to write anything about WWE shows this week. But I have somehow watched the whole RAW episode – mainly because I’ve done a comparing survey with NXT of how much wrestling actually is in WWE shows – and this makes me write this summary of all past three WWE shows of this week. Plus, the very infamous subject that happened, too.
